Personal Statement
My research bias is in Information Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D); including ICT Policy formulation and Implementation (I have carried out research in ICT Policy formulation and Implementation at Ministry of Youth and ICT, Rwanda in 2016), ICT Participatory design and Community centric oriented solutions.
I teach and co-teach undergraduate and master students respectively in the Information Technology Department. Apart from teaching, I am a Patron to Mbarara University Computing Students’ Association (MUCOSA) and Quality Assurance In-charge in the Information Technology Department.
Prior to joining MUST, I had completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology of Uganda Christian University, Mukono, Uganda. I now hold a Master of Science degree in Information System Management of Stockholm University, Sweden.
